CE credits & reporting

How fast are credits filed?

Within 24 business hours of finishing. You’ll get a confirmation email and a transcript copy automatically.

Do you file with the CFP Board too?

Yes, directly. Ethics hours are split out for tracking. We file the same day you complete.

Where do I download my transcript?

Sign in and pull a PDF anytime from your dashboard. Useful for audits, license transfers, or your own records.

Course access & tech

What browser works best?

Any modern one, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Phone and tablet work too. Nothing to install.

I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page, or email us and we’ll reset it manually.

My progress didn’t save.

Almost always a browser cookie issue. Email us with your name and we’ll look up your last completed module manually.

Billing & refunds

What’s your refund policy?

Full refund within 30 days if you haven’t finished the course. After that, get in touch and we’ll work something out.

Do you accept group / agency billing?

Yes, we can invoice agencies enrolling 5+ agents. Email us for a group rate.

Can I get a receipt?

Every purchase generates a receipt to your email. You can also download a year-end summary from your dashboard.

State approvals

Which states do you cover?

Insurance CE: Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas. CFP CE: all 50 states. We’re actively expanding insurance approvals, reach out if you need a state that isn’t listed.

Do courses transfer between states?

Many do. Look for the multi-state badge on each course card, or browse multi-state bundles if you’re licensed in more than one.

How do I know if a course counts in my state?

Filter the catalog by your state, you’ll only see courses that count. Every course page also lists state approvals up top.
