Most courses break into 15–30 minute modules so you can finish between client calls, on a lunch break, or all in one sitting.
Credits filed
The minute you pass the final check, we file your credits with the right state board through Sircon (or the CFP Board, for CFP CE). You’ll get a confirmation email when filing is complete, usually within 24 hours.
No forms to download. No transcripts to mail. We track every credit and send renewal reminders well before your deadline.

How reporting works
We talk to the state. You don’t have to.
Every state board ACCE works with has a different system, deadline, and quirk. We handle all of it on the back end so you don’t have to think about it.

- ✓ Deadline reminders, we email at 90, 60, and 30 days before your renewal so nothing sneaks up

How long does a typical course take?
Each credit hour is roughly 50 minutes of content. A 3-hour ethics module takes about 2.5 hours of focused time, but most people finish over a few sittings, you can stop and start anywhere.
Is there a final exam?
Every course has a short final check-in quiz to satisfy state requirements, usually 10–20 questions, open-book, no time limit. You can retake it as many times as you need.
How quickly do credits show up on my license?
We file within 24 business hours of completion. Most states post the credits to your transcript within 1–3 business days after that. You’ll get a confirmation email at every step.
Can I get a transcript of past credits?
Anytime, log in and download a PDF transcript of every course you’ve taken with us. Useful for audits, license transfers, or just personal records.
What if I have a question while taking a course?
Email or call, one of us picks up. We’re a small team, not a call center. Most questions get answered same-day.
